For nearly forty years, Muddies have worked together to build a company that contributes to the lives of pets and creates good jobs for members of our communities. We’ve succeeded by giving great help to pet owners, taking good care of one another and preserving Mud Bay’s sustainability as a business.
As we’ve raised wages, improved benefits and provided employee ownership, we’ve been guided by what Muddies say matters to them. As a result, Muddies’ total compensation package today is strong in comparison to similar companies. We think the future for Muddies and Mud Bay is better without a union, and we know that a union would make Muddies pay dues and make stores more bureaucratic and less fun.
